What is Kambo?
Kambo is a medicinal ritual utilizing the poisonous skin secretions of the Kambo frog.
The medicine is applied directly to open gates in your skin created by incense sticks to allow for absorption through the lymphatic and circulatory systems.
Kambo has been used for thousands of years by Amazonian jungle tribes as hunting medicine as it can help instill fearlessness, increased energy, strength, and heighten the senses.

The Warrior Wo/man* Medicine Retreat
Each and every one of us has a warrior inside. But, what is a warrior? Together, let's redefine the definition of strength, the definition of resilience, and the definition of a warrior.
A warrior is NOT someone who is strong for everyone else. A warrior is someone who surrenders fully to life and the lessons she has to offer.
A warrior is NOT someone who puts everyone else's needs before his or her own. A warrior is someone who prioritizes themself because they know they cannot pour from an empty cup.
A warrior is NOT someone who suppresses his or her emotions. A warrior is someone who allows themself to feel the entire spectrum of human emotions, including but not limited to fear, and acts anyway.
A warrior is NOT someone who has to learn the hard way. A warrior is someone who knows that they get to choose to learn gently.
Kambo is considered warrior medicine as it has the ability to teach you all of the lessons above and more. Join us for 3 days of sitting with this beautiful frog medicine to awaken and connect with the warrior within you.

Kambo Retreat includes:
Daily Kambo ceremonies to complete your inoculation (series of 3 sits within a 28 day moon cycle - ideally back to back)
A supportive combination of modalities to assist with integration post Kambo including -
- Cacao ceremony, intention setting, and ecstatic dance to kick off the weekend
- Sound meditation
- Reiki circle
- Embodiment photo shoot
- Daily snacks and dinner post ceremony prepared by a professional chef
